We have decided to completely dispense with paper in our shipments.

How you register your return with us and receive your parcel sticker is summarized:

• After your purchase, you received an order confirmation via e-mail , where you will find the link to our returns portal and your order number.
• Enter your order number and zip code so that we can identify the shipment.
  
• Please select the item you would like to return. If you have only ordered one part, the selection does not apply .
  
• Please provide a reason for your return. With this you help us to make Stitchy products even better.
  
• Now you can choose whether you want to exchange the item or we should refund you the money .
  - Should you sign up for one exchange please be sure to enter the item that you want us to resend in the field below. If we are unable to complete the exchange, we will automatically refund your money. If the item is available for pre-order, we will automatically reserve it for you.
  
• In this step you now select your delivery point to receive your DHL label.
  Important : Print the DHL label yourself or QR code?
  
• - The above version is for the QR Code
• - The lower version is for self-printing of the label.
• You can now go to any DHL branch or parcel station with the label.
• Please check your data again in the next step.
  
• Now you can print out your DHL label or save your QR code . This will also be sent to you again by email.
  
• congratulations ! Your return has now been registered with us and you can send it to us.

We will process your return as quickly as possible. It should therefore be processed two to three days after arrival at our warehouse.

The free return only applies to partial returns . If you return the entire delivery , we charge a return shipping fee of 4.90. We keep the shipping costs you paid for the return for the return.
